Fall Creek Elementary's Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) helps support our school and enhance the education of FCE students by coordinating volunteer activities and providing additional funds to supplement Humble ISD's funding. 


The Membership Toolkit site provides a centralized location for all information and activities related to the FCE PTO. Set up/update your Membership Toolkit account and pay your Celebration Fees using the online forms at Register/Login.  Celebration Fees go directly to the FCE PTO to cover classroom parties and educational programs/activities and are separate from the Activity Fee paid to Humble ISD.

ALL APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY Tuesday, March 31st, 2020.  All members will be approved during the April 2nd PTO meeting.

Your PTO Membership Tool Kit account allows you to:

  • Receive important PTO communications and sign-up to volunteer 

  • Pay Celebration Fees and the PTO Support Fee

  • Purchase spirit wear, spirit sticks, yearbooks & yearbook ads

  • Purchase tickets and make donations to Cardinal County Fair and the Spring Fundraiser

  • Gain access to the online parent / student directory (membership is gained by paying the $10 PTO Support Fee)
